In terms of appearance, these are beautiful! Exactly the look I was searching for. Customer service, also great!

I knocked down one star because out of the 4 shelves I ordered, 1 arrived damaged (no biggie, I understand it happens). When I notified them, they immediately sent a replacement. But the replacement is the only one out of the 4 that doesn't sit flush against the wall (its mounting measurements were also different from the other shelves). So 2 out of 5 shelves sent weren't perfect. They all look great. Maybe I just got unlucky with the 2.

I ordered 6 curved shelves and they are not only beautiful, but they are very well made. Fast free shipping was an added benefit.
