I bought 6 soap dispensers between two orders. They are lovely, however, I had some quality issues and needed 2 replacement tops. I sent 6 messages in 3 weeks...The store never responded . I also ordered two lamps and they cancelled my order for the lamps without notification but they didn't refund me. customer service is sub-par
